I have 2 other Florentine satchels and a suede (honey) satchel and the quality is not the same, but I think it is due to the coated cotton material and there is minimal leather on the purse. I may return it if I can’t get the dent out of the bag, but the color and style of the bag are cute. I stuffed the bag, left it hung to hopefully shape the strap (which was also folded) and the body of the bag. I found the latter very disappointing because the bag has a fold on it that is possibly permanent. Upon opening the package the purse was flat, bent in half and not stuffed to hold the shape of the bag. The issues I have are that the bag didn’t come with a dust cover, and the packaging of the bag was pretty close to terrible. This purse is cute! I bought the taupe, and the color is nicer in person than the online pics.
